A Magical Visit with Santa
Your experience begins as you enter our beautifully decorated grotto, filled with festive charm and twinkling lights. Children will have the chance to meet Santa, share their Christmas wishes and enjoy a relaxed, personal moment in his cosy Christmas setting.
Each child will receive a special gift from Santa, making their visit even more memorable.
The Santa's Grotto experience includes;
* On arrival you will be greeted by the Elves and they will hand you your Santa's Grotto passport.
* Help the Elves make Father Christmas's special Reindeer food ready for you to take home.
Make sure you keep this in a safe place ready for Christmas Eve!
* The magical visit of meeting Father Christmas then begins where you are taken into his Grotto.
* Father Christmas will welcome each child with their name and he will then share enchanting Christmas tales.
* Father Christmas will give each child a gift and there will also be chance for a photo before leaving.
Important Booking Information:
* Please arrive promptly to your pre-booked slot as stated on your ticket confirmation. This will allow you time to enjoy the activity before seeing Father Christmas.
* If you are late and miss your slot, we won't be able to add you to another session unfortunately.
* All children will need a ticket to see Father Christmas.
* There will be up to 6 children per session.
* Up to 2 adults per child will be allowed into the Santa's Grotto Experience

where you and your four legged friend will meet
Father Christmas. Every doggy will receive a special gift.
* You will have the chance to take photos during your session.
* The timed session is exclusive to you & your dog. You can add additional owners tickets and additional dog tickets to your session.
